First, a precise amount of sand and gravel is measured by load cells based on the mix design. The materials are then transferred into the mixer via conveyor belts. In some cases, special admixtures such as pozzolans, accelerators, and retarders are added. These admixtures are loaded into a smaller tank relative to the water tank. Cement is conveyed from storage by screws, and water is directed to the bucket from the reservoir. The materials are mixed according to the specified design until a homogeneous concrete mixture is achieved.

The mixing process takes some time, and once completed, the concrete is ready. It is then loaded into transit mixers (concrete trucks) and transported to the construction site.   • Avoid installing electric motors under water pipes to prevent leakage risks.
  • Use a rubber mallet if the screw conveyor gets stuck.
  • Guide the transit mixer under the batching plant for loading.
  • Use safety equipment such as gloves, masks, helmets, and safety shoes while working.
  • The operator must not leave the control room during operation. Only authorized personnel can enter the control cabin.
  • Avoid allowing loaders to operate on aggregate storage walls made of wood or planks.
  • When climbing silos, always use safety harnesses and personal protective equipment (HSE).
  • Do not stand under hoists or material chambers during maintenance. Use safety jacks if necessary.
  • Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering the batching plant area.
  • Avoid spraying water on control rooms and electric motors during cleaning.
  • Electric motors must be installed in dust-protected areas and equipped with safety gear.
  • Regularly service batching equipment and report any defects to the supplier.
  • Always disconnect power after use.
