Choosing the type of standard concrete pump machine based on the type of project

In most workshops and factories, a minimum capacity of 45m3 to a maximum of 180 m3 is a common capacity for batching plants. To transfer conctrete in this capacity, Standard Machine’s concrete pumps can be used.

The ability to pump concrete to the required location vertically or horizontally depends on factors such as concrete slump, concrete pipe diameter, concrete flow rate and pressure, motor and hydraulic pump. These factors can be determined based on specific tables. When a high flow rate is needed to pour and transport concrete, a lot of pressure is not needed; on the other hand, when it is done at a height, a lot of concrete is not needed. Our experienced consultants help our customers’ choose the type of concrete pump to use to ensure the demands of their project are met.

Advantages of stationary concrete pump:

Concrete can be transported easily and quickly to inaccessible locations.

Using concrete pumps, the number of labour needed is reduced and less control is required because the concrete can be transferred directly to the desired location.

Concrete transportation is not directly influenced by weather conditions.

Standard Machine’s concrete pump can transport concrete at the same speed as the mixer feeds them ensuring increased efficiency
