Single shaft secondary mixer
In projects where concrete is directly transported from batching plant by a concrete pump, as concrete is not poured continuously and has to be paused occasionally, a secondary mixer can be used to hold the concrete; with over twice the size of the main mixer.
Standby Bucket
Standby buckets reduce the operating cycle of each batching plant by 25% by creating an overlap in transfer and mixing time.In addition, this system can load and mix a batch from the weighing belt during the replacement of truck mixers. As soon as the truck mixer is placed in the loading area, the mixer discharge door is opened and the concrete discharge operation takes place.
Conveyor belt cover
A metal cover on the conveyor belt prevents the rubber on the belt and the aggregates on it from heating up which leads to increased durability of the conveyor belt. In also prevents potential damage to the belt from the rain.
* Whilst the conveyor belt cover is being produced, the route is covered by Walk Way with grating floor in case of potential traffic and repairs.
Additive systems
Standard Machine’s twin shaft batching plants have the ability to add a variety of additives in the form of gel, liquid, grout and powder to enable production different types of concrete.
The liquid additives are pumped to the tank installed above the mixer and after weighing with load cells, they are added to the mixer according to the mixing plan.
Powder additives are added to the mixer with screw and weighing buckets.
Regarding gel and grout additives, due to the production of colloidal mixers in this factory, it is possible to produce, weigh and transfer all types of grouts and gel to concrete.
